Class tuition is due on or the first of each month. Our year is based on a weekly schedule and tuition remains the same whether it is a long or short month. Each month-tuition is due in the full amount. We do not prorate (unless you are a new student starting mid month).

NEW THIS FALL- If you are not on an auto-pay schedule for your tuition, and we have not received your payment by the first of the month, Axis of Movement will charge your credit card or checking account on file for any balances due, PLUS a late fee of $15.

4-weeks notice is required when you or child withdraws from a class. This allows us to notify students who are on the wait lists and fill vacant spots. If you do not notify us of a withdrawal, you will be held financially responsible. Your credit card or checking account on file will be charged for the appropriate amount as well as any late fees that have accrued. Withdrawal Request forms may be picked up at the front desk. All tuition and fees are non-refundable.

Class Make-ups

The Axis of Movement staff supports and expects consistency, reliability, and safe practice skills from each student. If students miss a class, and choose to do a make-up, they can schedule a make-up within the month they missed.The make-up must be in a similar class (i.e. Tuesday Jazz 1, in a Thursday Jazz 1; not Tuesday Jazz 1, in a Pilates Ball, or Hip-Hop 2/3). We do not give credit for missed classes. There are NO make-ups over the summer.

Appointment Policies

Appointments are by reservation only. You may not reserve an appointment unless you have a package or prepay for the designated appointment. Appointments may be requested, and must be confirmed by your Instructor or Massage Therapist. Once confirmed, you will be charged for that appointment.

All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you will be charged in full. No exceptions.

Cancellations

Axis of Movement reserves the right to cancel any program at any time. If this becomes necessary, we will issue an exchange for another class/appointment or store credit.

Payment

Axis of Movement accepts payment in the form of cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. We offer automatic monthly tuition payment from your checking and/or credit card. Please ask our front desk for more information.

Please Note: All returned checks are assessed a $50 return check fee. Axis of Movement’s Annual Membership and Drop-In Membership fees are not refundable or transferable. We do not offer refunds for classes, appointments, workshops, or store merchandise.
